Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Customer Service [Process Trainer]
We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer to join our team and enhance the effectiveness of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
Responsibilities
.Training Program Development:
oDesign and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
oUpdate training materials regularly to reflect changes in processes and best practices.
.Facilitation and Delivery:
oConduct engaging training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring clarity and understanding.
oUtilize diverse training methods, such as workshops, e-learning, and hands-on activities, to cater to different learning styles.
.Performance Evaluation:
oAssess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
oIdentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance training outcomes.
oShare LTO to ops and stake holders, post OJT is completed.
.Continuous Improvement:
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
oStay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative training techniques.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any graduation or degree in related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Relevant years of experience in process training or a similar role.
.Strong presentation and communication skills.
.Proficiency in training software and tools.
