Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Management Trainee - S2P (Center of Excellence-)

In this role, you will support the indirect buying process of a global Life Science customer, by identifying and sourcing tactical buying projects.

The role will likely work across a variety of categories so we will need to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of Experts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide high quality and responsive Operational support for the procurement process.

• Create and modify approvers workflow in procurement systems.

• Act as the single point of contact for internal and external users with procurement-related queries.

• Query management, handling and closure of request within TAT.

• Create and execute reports for management review.

• Daily communication/interaction via email/phone with buyers, requesters and its suppliers in order to solve all the issues.

• Update / create standard operating procedures and process maps.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: College / University Graduate

• Specialized Knowledge: Relevant Experience in Procurement Operations

• Skills:

• Ability to solve problems as the person will have to interact with different stakeholders within the organization.

• Good analytical skills.

• Customer Centric.

• Team Player.

• Excellent executioner of tasks .

• Systems and Tools:

• Good knowledge of procurement platform required/ preferable.

• Good knowledge in MS Excel.
