Technical Troubleshooting

Support in resolving technical problems under the guidance of senior technicians.

Field Support

Accompany senior technicians on field assignments and assist in technical operations.

Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and customer assets during field visits.

Documentation & Reporting

Record technical observations and complete detailed reports.

Maintain logs of maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
