Your responsibilities
As a Developer for the Microsoft Dynamics CE, you will design individual digital solutions for requested business scenario based on state-of-the-art technologies and actively support our project teams by developing customer-specific industry and software solutions. In addition, you will provide support-related consulting services for our customers.
Main asks and responsibilities:
- 1. Solution Design & Development
Work with the architect to do development of custom modules, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations within
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Extend CRM functionality using
C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and
Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) where required, in coordination with the architect
Develop and optimize APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using
Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
- 2. System Customization & Configuration
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
Implement
security roles, business rules, and data management strategies.
Manage data migration activities
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration failures.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Support the CRM architect on technical documentation
Your profile
- Worked on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications, .Net and Azure Technologies
- Worked on latest version of Dynamics 365 - CE Modules Sales and Marketing, Customer Service
- Strong knowledge in CRM OOB Customizations, Configurations, Plug-ins, designing Power Apps, working with Power Automate, Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
- Strong knowledge in Client-side scripting and working with developer and data migration tools.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for CRM solution deployments
