- 10+ years experience in IT Industry in managing requirements in multiple accounts as a CRM functional consultant
- Extensive experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis and mapping business requirement to system requirement.
- Extensive knowledge & insights in Insurance industry & customer base in the Europe and India.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical individuals
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to drive change.
