Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

To verify and provide opinion on physical disability over video call by assessing ROM/power (considering error factor of 5%).

To provide a written opinion in the prescribed format, including detailed observations, method of calculation, and final disability percentage.

To conduct physical verification in cases where disability assessment is not possible over video call.

To appear in MACT court to explain the opinion, if required (only in exceptional cases).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Orthopedic (MS/Equivalent)

Minimum Experience: 5 years

Justification for Hiring:

To verify physical disability and injury of claimants for motor third-party insurance cases.

Nature of Job:

Part-time

Flexible timing (30 minutes to 2 hours per day, as per doctor's convenience)

Work from home/clinic; no office visit required

Workflow Process:

Our support team will schedule video call appointments as per doctor's availability and inform one day in advance.

Coordination with claimant/patient will be managed by our team.

Video calls will be conducted via MS Teams or a similar platform.

Doctors will receive injury details, discharge summary, and treatment documents before the call for review.

After assessment, the doctor will prepare and submit a written opinion.

Remuneration & Budget:

1,250 per successful video call and written opinion

3,000 10,000 per physical visit and written opinion (travel, accommodation, and food reimbursed separately)

10,000 per case for court appearance (travel, accommodation, and food reimbursed separately)

Approved Budget: 1,250 per case
