Job Title: Lead System Engineer

Location:-Bangalore

Role Summary:

Responsible for L3 support, administration, and enhancement of enterprise Microsoft Exchange and Mobility platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online) and Active Directory
• Manage Exchange daily operations, troubleshooting, and RCA
• Handle Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online migrations and post-migration support
• Administer DNS, DHCP, WINS, and apply strong networking fundamentals
• Work with cross-functional teams on messaging and EUS infrastructure projects
• Participate in audits, regional activities, and technical discussions
• Perform housekeeping and platform optimization tasks
• Automate tasks using PowerShell / VB scripting

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Exchange Online)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• PowerShell scripting
• Exchange migration experience

Good to Have:

• Mobility tools: AirWatch / Workspace ONE / Intune / BlackBerry UEM
• Cisco IronPort or email security gateways
• Project handling experience

• Strong communication and self-management skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
