Role Summary:
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 36 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 (online environment and earlier versions). The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in CRM customizations, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and related integrations. Experience with CRM administration, automation tools, and agile delivery is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Development & Customization:
- Customize Dynamics 365 using Workflows, Plugins, Actions, Business Rules, and Form Customizations.
- Use MS CRM SDK and Developer Toolkit for extending Dynamics functionality.
- Perform CRM configuration and administration.
- Coding & Technical Skills:
- Write and maintain custom code in C#.NET and JavaScript.
- Develop SQL scripts and work with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Create and deploy SSRS reports.
- Integration & Automation:
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and services.
- Use Power Automate (Flow) for process automation.
- Understand and implement CRM integration architecture.
- Additional Experience (Good to Have):
- Experience with Unified Service Desk (USD).
- Familiarity with TFS (Team Foundation Server) for version control.
- Agile Methodologies:
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
- Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Capable of understanding and interpreting business requirements to deliver technical solutions.
