Title: *MS Dynamics CRM Architect (Field Service)*

- *Job Overview*
- We are looking for an experienced *Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect* with strong hands-on expertise in the F *ield Service module* . The ideal candidate should have worked on large-scale or complex implementations and be capable of *designing* end-to-end *CRM solutions.* The number of years of experience is flexible, provided the candidate has demonstrated practical experience on projects of similar scalability.
- *Key Responsibilities*
- Lead the architecture, *design, and implementation of* *Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.*
- Design and deliver solutions primarily around *Dynamics 365 Field Service, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, and mobile workforce enablement.*
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define overall solution architecture, integration strategy, data model, and security framework.
- Oversee customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components.
- Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Support integrations with third-party systems and other Microsoft tools.
- Participate in solution reviews, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
- *Required Skills & Expertise*
- Strong hands-on experience with *Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.*
- Proven expertise in the *Field Service module (mandatory).*
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level CRM implementations.
- Solid understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
- Experience with *Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).*
- Knowledge of integrations using *APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools.*
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- *Nice to Have*
- Experience with *Azure services related to Dynamics integrations.*
- Exposure to mobile workforce solutions and offline *Field Service capabilities.*
- *Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred but not mandatory).*
