Job Description

Title: *MS Dynamics CRM Architect (Field Service)*
  • Location: Remote
  • Engagement Type: *Contract*
  • *Job Overview*
  • We are looking for an experienced *Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect* with strong hands-on expertise in the F *ield Service module* . The ideal candidate should have worked on large-scale or complex implementations and be capable of *designing* end-to-end *CRM solutions.* The number of years of experience is flexible, provided the candidate has demonstrated practical experience on projects of similar scalability.
  • *Key Responsibilities*
  • Lead the architecture, *design, and implementation of* *Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.*
  • Design and deliver solutions primarily around *Dynamics 365 Field Service, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, and mobile workforce enablement.*
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define overall solution architecture, integration strategy, data model, and security framework.
  • Oversee customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components.
  • Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and other Microsoft tools.
  • Participate in solution reviews, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.
  • *Required Skills & Expertise*
  • Strong hands-on experience with *Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.*
  • Proven expertise in the *Field Service module (mandatory).*
  • Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level CRM implementations.
  • Solid understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
  • Experience with *Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).*
  • Knowledge of integrations using *APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools.*
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • *Nice to Have*
  • Experience with *Azure services related to Dynamics integrations.*
  • Exposure to mobile workforce solutions and offline *Field Service capabilities.*
  • *Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred but not mandatory).*
