Must Have:
Dynamics 365 (C#, Power Platform, Dataverse) expertise
UI debugging using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Workflow, Trigger, and Flow/Power Automate troubleshooting
Data imports/exports and integration handling
Good To Have:
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
D365 ALM process
Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Soft Skills & ITIL Alignment:
Methodical approach to problem management and root cause analysis
Strong collaboration with business and compliance teams
Change and release management discipline
Effective stakeholder communication and documentation
