Job Description
Experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Strong knowledge of aero engines, inspection procedures, and repair standards. Experience in creating inspection manuals, cleaning manuals, and repair documentation for aerospace components. Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with OEM manuals, regulatory compliance, and aviation safety standards. Experience in component life assessment, reliability analysis, and performance benchmarking. Strong documentation, reporting, and technical writing skills.
Investigate service damages on aero engine components and determine root causes. Define and validate acceptance limits for repair and serviceability of components. Develop and implement repair procedures in compliance with aerospace standards. Create detailed inspection manuals, repair manuals, and technical documentation for engine components and assemblies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to aeronautical engineering principles and mechanical processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives for MRO workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, OEM standards, and aviation safety regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). Proven experience in aerospace MRO processes and technical documentation.
