Position - MR/ISO Coordinator

Location - Anand, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
ISO System Management
Maintain and update ISO 9001 documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards across departments.
Coordinate certification and surveillance audits.
Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Quality Assurance
Oversee calibration and testing records for equipment.
Monitor quality control processes in wire and conductor manufacturing.
Ensure customer requirements and statutory regulations are met.
Training & Communication
Train employees on ISO procedures and quality standards.
Act as the Management Representative (MR) for ISO matters, reporting directly to senior management.
Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements.
Support initiatives for operational efficiency and product quality enhancement.
Prepare reports and present findings to management.
Education
Qualification & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or Quality Management.
Experience
36 years in ISO coordination, quality assurance, or compliance (manufacturing industry preferred).
Skills
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (and possibly ISO 14001/45001).
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to conduct audits and manage cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
