The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for supporting the effective implementation and utilization of Philips clinical applications and technologies within healthcare settings. The role adapts and delivers tailored training programs that meet the diverse needs of healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards throughout all training activities. The role analyzes clinical workuE000ows to identify optimization opportunities, develop customized training plans and instructional materials, and conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops both on-site and remotely.
Your role:
u2022 Adapts clinical training programs to meet the diverse needs of healthcare providers, ensuring effective utilization of Philips clinical applications and technologies, working under direct supervision.
u2022 Assesses the training needs of healthcare professionals and develops customized training plans, instructional materials, and user guides to address speciuE001c gaps and requirements.
u2022 Adheres to clinical protocols and operational policies, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during all training and application activities.
u2022 Analyzes all relevant clinical workuE000ows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimizing the use of Philips clinical applications in various healthcare settings.
u2022 Builds strong relationships with clinical staff and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to ensure successful implementation and ongoing use of Philips applications.
u2022 Communicates complex clinical and technical information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals, ensuring they fully understand and can apply the functionalities of Philips applications.
u00A0u2022 Conducts in-depth training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, both on-site and remotely, to ensure comprehensive understanding and prouE001cient use of clinical applications.
u2022 Delivers ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals, addressing complex queries and resolving technical issues to maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
u2022 Develops stable working relationships with internal teams and external customers, exchanging valuable information and insights to improve the overall user experience and ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
u2022 Documents all customer interactions, training sessions, and support activities accurately, maintaining detailed records to track progress and identify areas for improvement
You're the right fit if:
High School Diploma/ Vocational education OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent with High School Diploma/ Vocational education OR no prior experience required with Bachelor's
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
