Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Moulder role based in Indore. The Moulder will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling FRP components, ensuring high-quality production standards. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing moulds, assembling FRP products, ensuring adherence to design specifications, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace. Collaboration with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in FRP moulding, assembly, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining tools and equipment used in FRP fabrication
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to ensure a safe working environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings, designs, and specifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry or FRP composites is an advantage
• Educational qualifications or certifications in a relevant field will be considered favorably
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on work in a manufacturing environment
