We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to create compelling, performance-driven visual content across digital platforms. This role blends storytelling, animation, video editing, and AI-powered tools to produce high-quality, scalable content optimized for web and mobile experiences.
This role is based in India and will primarily support content production for English, Spanish, and French-Canadian audiences. A strong understanding of localization, cultural nuance, and multi-language content production is important for success.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product features, social media, and web.
- Create lightweight, scalable animations using formats such as Lottie for seamless mobile and web implementation.
- Edit video content including promotional videos, tutorials, ads, and brand storytelling pieces.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate production workflows (e.g., script generation, rough cuts, captioning, asset creation).
- Create high-quality AI-generated voiceovers using tools such as ElevenLabs and integrate them into localized content.
- Adapt and localize video content for English, Spanish, and French-Canadian audiences, including voiceover timing, subtitles, and on-screen text.
- Ensure tone, pacing, and visual storytelling align with regional expectations and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure content is both engaging and implementation-ready.
- Optimize video and animation outputs for various platforms (mobile, web, social).
- Maintain and evolve reusable animation systems, templates, and design assets.
Required Qualifications- 3-5+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, video editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience exporting and optimizing animations for Lottie or similar lightweight formats.
- Familiarity with tools/plugins such as Bodymovin for Lottie export.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools in production workflows.
- Hands-on experience creating or integrating AI-generated voiceovers (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar).
- Experience working with multilingual content, including subtitles, dubbing, or localization workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on performance, file size, and cross-platform consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience producing content for North American audiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., captioning, readability, pacing).
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and interaction design principles.
- Experience with sound design and audio editing, including voice processing and cleanup.
