Objective of the role
We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our multimedia team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in animation, visual storytelling, and creating engaging motion-based content for digital platforms. This role involves producing high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, learning modules, social media, and brand communication.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for marketing, product, and learning content.
- Design visually compelling storyboards and translate static designs into dynamic motion assets.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project needs and ensure output aligns with brand guidelines.
- Edit and assemble video content, adding transitions, effects, typography, music, and sound design elements.
- Develop graphic elements such as icons, layouts, and illustrations that complement motion sequences.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and manage project files efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets while maintaining high creative and technical quality.
- Propose creative concepts and experiment with new animation techniques to enhance visual impact.
Skills And Qualifications Required
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of motion design principlestiming, pacing, transitions, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Ability to design and animate characters, typography, icons, and visual elements.
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation, kinetic typography, or visual effects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphic work is mandatory for consideration.
- Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D (optional but a plus).
