Role Description This is a full-time Motion Graphics Designer role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The Motion Graphics Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social media content, and digital marketing assets. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals from briefs, designing storyboards, producing motion graphics, editing video content, and optimizing assets for different platforms and formats. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, talent management, and marketing teams to translate campaign concepts into dynamic visual stories that align with brand guidelines and creator personalities. The Motion Graphics Designer will also maintain organized project files, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Graphics and Motion Design for digital, social, and video-first campaigns.
• Experience in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for thumbnails, social posts, overlays, and campaign assets.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and deliver visually compelling concepts under tight timelines.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of timing, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creator-focused environment and adapt to changing campaign needs.
