Motion Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing dynamic motion graphics and animations. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging video content and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, advertisements, and multimedia campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation prototypes to pitch creative concepts.

Edit and assemble raw video footage with motion elements to produce polished final products.

Enhance video content with dynamic typography, transitions, and special effects.

Work on animations for product demonstrations, explainer videos, and corporate presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools to produce innovative designs.

Optimize animations for different platforms and formats, ensuring seamless playback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and video projects.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D animation software is a plus.

Experience with sound design tools is a bonus.

Creativity: Ability to translate ideas into compelling motion designs.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to timing, color, and composition.

Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to present ideas and take feedback constructively.
