StepsAI is building a single AI brain for the entire business. We help businesses deploy AI agents across their website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and beyond. We move fast, and build in public, and now we're growing our content engine.

The opportunity

You'll create animated content that explains, demonstrates, and sells StepsAI to a business audience. Think product walkthroughs, kinetic text explainers, animated social content, and branded templates our team can reuse across videos.

This is an engagement with real creative room. You won't be executing a rigid template - you'll help define the visual language of StepsAI in motion.

What you'll create

• Product explainer videos - animated walkthroughs of StepsAI features, short and punchy
• Social-first motion content for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn - kinetic text, bold typography, data animations
• Screen recording + animation - take product demos and add motion callouts, transitions, and branded overlays
• Reusable brand templates - intros, outros, lower thirds that on-camera creators and editors can drop into any video

Tools

Must-have: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma.

Nice to have: CapCut Pro, Lottie / Rive, DaVinci Resolve.

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of motion graphics work - especially explainers, SaaS demos, or social-first content
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy in motion
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clean, watchable animations
• Comfortable working from a brief with minimal back-and-forth
• Async-friendly communication and reliable on deadlines
• Bonus: experience with AI, tech, or B2B brands
