Position Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer who can transform concepts into compelling visual stories. You will play a key role in creating high-impact video and motion assets that drive engagement, brand awareness, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design engaging ad creatives, social media content, and performance-driven videos.
- Develop explainer videos, logo animations, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver visually impactful storytelling.
- Edit and refine video content to produce polished outputs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing previous work (mandatory).
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles (color, typography, composition).
- Ability to translate scripts and concepts into engaging visuals.
- Basic knowledge of sound design is a plus.
- Experience in agency setup or exposure to Crypto/Gaming is a plus.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and attention to detail.
