Creador Foundation is working to empower local communities in South & Southeast Asia. In India, we work on providing financial education to women from low and lower-middle-income groups to empower them in taking part in financial decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually stunning motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate the Creador Foundations mission and initiatives.
- Utilize your expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro to design and develop eye-catching graphics for various marketing and communication channels.
- Take ownership of video editing projects, ensuring high-quality output and seamless integration of graphics, animations, and other visual elements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation, continuously improving your skills and incorporating innovative ideas into your work.
- Work closely with the Lead to create engaging videos for social media platforms, increasing brand visibility and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to storyboard, script, and create captivating explainer videos and visual presentations that effectively convey complex concepts.
- Assist in the production of video content for events, and promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
- Plan, set up, and gather raw video footage for social media, content, and documentation at field visits and events
- Source suitable stock music and footage
- Editing the videos post-production: sound editing, inserting closed captioning, graphics, or other on-screen text into a video in coordination with designers.

- Assist in the production of podcasts, Facebook Live, etc.
Requirements
- Candidates with minimum 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Apple Final Cut Pr /Windows Movie Maker, Vyond, etc. with demonstrated skills in Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A sound understanding of the Adobe Suite will be preferred
