About The Role
We are looking for a creative and technical
Motion Graphics Animator to bring our brand to life through dynamic visuals. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, turning static assets into animated stories, creating animations bringing alive clinical concepts and other support animations that highlight our centers, clinicians, and services.
The ideal candidate blends artistic talent with technical precision, using modern AI tools to accelerate the animation process without compromising quality.
Core Responsibilities
- Motion Design: Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations for diverse digital platforms.
- Asset Animation: Animate static brand assets, infographics, and UI elements for client-facing content and internal campaigns.
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly) to rapidly generate textures, background assets, or preliminary animation concepts to speed up production.
- Post-Production Support: Collaborate with the editing team to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video projects, ensuring consistency in style and branding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers and creative leads to translate campaign concepts into cohesive animated visuals.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 24 years of experience in motion graphics animation, preferably in a fast-paced agency or brand setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Illustrator. Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- AI Tools: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for motion production efficiency (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of motion styles, from sleek UI animations to complex character animations or kinetic typography.
