Role description:
This is on-site role for a Motion Graphics Trainee at VOLUME. The role involves supporting the design, creation, and animation of motion graphic content for multiple communication channels, including digital, social media, and audiovisual platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand client briefs and creative requirements.
- Support brainstorming sessions with copywriters to develop creative ideas for print, OOH, radio, digital, and television campaigns.
- Assist in making revisions to creative work based on feedback from seniors and clients.
- Help present and explain creative ideas internally and, when required, to clients.
- Support concept development for new business pitches and internal presentations.
- Stay updated on popular culture, trends, and current events to contribute relevant ideas.
- Show openness to feedback and a willingness to learn from revisions and critiques.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt designs based on feedback.
