Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphic & Graphic Designer to join our creative team supporting global FMCG and e-commerce brands. This dual-role combines motion graphics expertise and graphic design skills to develop high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and video platforms. The ideal candidate works efficiently, handles high-volume deliverables, and ensures brand consistency across multiple formats and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Adapt and update existing motion graphics (logos, product packs, supers, disclaimers, animations) across various aspect ratios.

Produce digital and print materials such as emails, social media graphics, banners, manuals, guides, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Create motion animations like banner animations, intros, fades, and loops using After Effects and plugins.

Collaborate across teams for asset design, visual QA, handoff files for development/localization, and compliance with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) reviews.

Maintain organized project files with version control and structured timelines.

Ensure all work aligns strictly with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical delivery specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

27 years of combined experience in motion graphics and graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, and Figma.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, brand systems, motion language, and UI components.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.

Experience with multi-market versioning, localization, and brand compliance preferred.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, comfortable working with global teams and flexible across time zones.

27 years of combined experience in motion graphics and graphic design.

Bonus: Additional skillset of Video editing would be an advantage.
