About the Role
We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations and video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling and the ability to create visually compelling illustration and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, Illustrations and video content for digital platforms
- Develop explainer videos, product demos, and marketing videos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand creative requirements
- Edit and enhance video content with sound, effects, and transitions
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and animation
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to understand content requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar
- Create Lottie/Bodymovin JSON file for Emojis and graphics
- Understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and platform-specific video formats
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and incorporate feedback quickly
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Experience with trending AI tools
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools
- Knowledge of social media trends and viral content formats
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
