Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on bringing static designs to life through fluid animation and visual storytelling. You will work closely with our design and video teams to produce high-quality motion assets for [social media, explainers, ads, broadcast, etc.].

Key Responsibilities

Animation Execution: Create engaging 2D animations, kinetic typography, and logo reveals using Adobe After Effects.

Asset Preparation: Take static design files (from Photoshop or Illustrator) and prepare/layer them for animation.

Video Editing Support: Assist with basic video editing and compositing in Premiere Pro when required.

Visual Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.

Collaboration: Work alongside graphic designers and video editors to deliver projects on time.

File Management: Maintain organized project structures and efficient rendering workflows.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in motion graphics (agency, freelance, or in-house).

Software Mastery:

Adobe After Effects: Advanced knowledge (keyframes, graph editor, masking, tracking, and parenting).

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop: Proficiency in preparing vector and raster assets for animation.

Adobe Premiere Pro: Working knowledge for assembling final edits.

Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of timing, physics, and typography.

Technical Skills: Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and aspect ratios
