Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Motion & Graphic Designer who can combine strategic thinking, strong design execution, and motion storytelling to shape compelling brand experiences.
You will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics, animations, and digital assets that enhance client campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can lead creative execution from concept to completion while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept & Storytelling
- Conceptualize creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns and brand communication
- Develop storyboards, sketches, and visual narratives for motion and design projects
- Translate marketing objectives into impactful visual solutions
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, and animated infographics
- Design motion assets for digital ads, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Produce engaging animations aligned with client brand guidelines
Graphic Design Execution
- Design marketing materials including:
- Social media creatives
- Digital & print advertisements
Branding assets
- Brochures, presentations, packaging, and web visuals
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Video Editing & Visual Effects
- Enhance video content using transitions, visual effects, and post-production techniques
- Create visually compelling digital storytelling content
Collaboration
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and creative team members
Project & Quality Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain accuracy and brand alignment across deliverables
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with industry trends in motion graphics, animation, branding, and digital marketing
- Introduce new creative techniques and tools to improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field
- 35 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and motion work
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or UI tools is a plus
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and animation principles
- Knowledge of UX/UI or web design is an advantage
