About the Team:

We are seeking a MotionGraphic Designer to join our growing creative and strategy team. This role sits at the cutting edge of immersive communication - transforming political narratives, campaign stories, and complex data into engaging virtual experiences.

At Varahe, motion design goes beyond animation - it's about building interactive, spatial, and emotionally resonant worlds. From crafting immersive AR/VR environments for campaign rallies, to developing metaverse-ready political exhibitions, to producing cinematic motion graphics that bring data to life, your work will inspire audiences and shape perceptions at scale.

What Would This Role Entail

• Immersive World Building: Create interactive AR/VR experiences and metaverse environments tailored to political and campaign contexts.
• Motion & Spatial Storytelling: Develop 2D/3D motion graphics, animated infographics, and virtual scenes that communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
• Cinematic Visualization: Design compelling, narrative-driven sequences for videos, presentations, and virtual platforms.
• Technical Integration: Work with strategists, data teams, and developers to integrate Unity or Blender assets into interactive campaign experiences.
• Multi-Platform Content Creation: Adapt motion assets for use across web, social media, VR headsets, and event installations.
• Design Systems: Contribute to a consistent visual and motion identity across all immersive content.
• Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of trends in metaverse creation, spatial computing, and political engagement through AR/VR.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers and 3D artists, providing feedback and creative direction.

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

Core Skills:

• 13 years of professional experience in virtual experience design, motion graphics, 3D design, or immersive media.
• Proven expertise in Blender and Unity for 3D asset creation, environment design and metaverse creation.

Optional Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or Adobe Aero.

Creative & Technical:

• Strong understanding of animation principles, camera movement, and spatial storytelling.
• Ability to integrate political or data-driven narratives into immersive content.
• Knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering workflows for real-time and pre-rendered projects.

Presentation & Delivery:

• Experience creating motion elements for presentations, AR/VR demos, and social media campaigns.

Collaboration:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment with strategists, analysts, and campaign managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, 3D Animation, Game Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Exposure to political, policy, development sector, or public-facing storytelling projects is a plus.
