Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Motion Graphic Designer will create graphics and animated visual content for social media organic, marketing campaigns, and product videos. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing high-quality animations, and collaborating with product, marketing, and research teams to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals. The role involves editing video assets, preparing graphics for multiple digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting project timelines. The Motion Graphic Designer will also stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to AI and tech-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Motion graphic with a portfolio demonstrating design, animated content for digital platforms.
• Have knowledge of AI image generation and video generation using leading AI platforms.
• Experience with Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for different formats and channels.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and dynamic content, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software).
• Ability to interpret complex ideas and transform them into clear, engaging visual narratives and design systems.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology or AI-focused products and comfort working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
