Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Motion Graphic Designer will create compelling motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, ad films, and brand communication materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to translate concepts into dynamic visual content, designing graphics and layouts, and preparing storyboards and animatics. The role involves managing the full motion design workflow from ideation to final delivery, editing and refining video assets, and ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Motion Graphic Designer will also optimize content for various platforms and contribute fresh visual ideas to pitches and ongoing client projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-based brand communication.
- Candidates should possess solid Video Production capabilities, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for different formats and platforms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for both static and animated content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or equivalent motion and design software.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines.
- Strong sense of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling tailored to advertising and social media.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video projects, and design work across different media.
