Work Style & Expectations
- 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
- Fully remote
- More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours
- Fast timelines, real deadlines, real ownership
- Daily collaboration with a small, strong team solving complex problems
If you are not deeply passionate about motion, design systems, and execution quality, this role will not be a good fit.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality motion graphics for product demos, system explainers, AI workflows, and brand narratives
- Design animated UI flows and product walkthroughs
- Build cinematic explainer videos for enterprise audiences
- Translate complex technical systems into visually intuitive animations
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure technical accuracy
- Develop reusable motion systems and animation frameworks
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving product direction
- You will be visualizing complex systems.
Tools (You Must Be Strong Here)
- After Effects (expert-level required)
- Premiere Pro (strong working knowledge)
- Figma (comfortable extracting design assets)
- Spline or similar 3D tool (strong plus)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Bonus:
- Experience animating product interfaces
- Experience working with technical teams
- Basic understanding of software systems or AI concepts
