- A stunning portfolio showcasing your motion design expertise across various styles and contexts
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spline, Blender etc.
- Understanding of fundamental animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation, etc.)
- Ability to translate abstract concepts and storyboards into fluid animations
- Experience with character animation and storytelling through motion
- Understanding of UI/UX motion design and micro-interactions
- Solid grasp of typography, composition, and color theory
- Familiarity with current motion design trends and techniques
- Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, or related field (preferred)
