Use motion and design intentionally with no filler frames.

Add voiceovers, music, and sound design that make stories hit harder.

ExploreAI tools(Runway, Veo 3, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) when they add clarity or speed.

Work with a team that experiments fast and takes storytelling seriously.

Compensation: 6 LPA 10 LPA (depending on skill, experience, and creative depth)
