Role Description

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our team, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service. This role includes managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to meet their goals. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns, monitoring project progress, creating reports, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
  • Experience in project management, delivering campaigns on time, and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, particularly digital marketing, brand communication, and campaign execution
  • Analytical skills for monitoring results and creating insight-driven reports
  • Ability to collaborate across teams including creative, strategy, and operations
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, and an understanding of digital trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; prior experience in account or client management is preferred
