Motion Graphic Designer

ROX Media is looking for talented Motion Graphic Designers / Animators to collaborate with us on a freelance, project-by-project basis.

We work on brand films, promotional videos, social media content, motion identities, advertisements, UI/product animations, visual effects, and other digital content.

This is not a fixed full-time position or monthly-salary role. We bring freelancers into projects when their skills match the project's requirements. Payment is made on a project basis, with the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee agreed upon before the work begins.

What You'll Work On

Depending on your strengths and the project, your work may include:

• Motion graphics and 2D animation
• Typography and kinetic typography
• Logo and brand animation
• Social media animations
• Promotional and advertising videos
• UI and product animation
• Transitions and visual effects
• Video editing and compositing
• 3D animation and motion
• Camera movement and cinematic animation
• Particles, simulations, and other motion effects
• Creating polished visual sequences from static designs
• Adapting designs into different motion/video formats

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are genuinely good at animation and visual storytelling, not people who simply know one software.

You may use whatever combination of tools is appropriate for your work, including:

• Adobe After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Blender
• Cinema 4D
• Other 2D/3D, editing, compositing, or motion-design software

You don't need to master every tool. We care about your ability to create strong work.

If you're primarily an animator, we'll assign you animation and motion-related work that matches your strengths. You won't be expected to take on unrelated work outside your capabilities unless mutually agreed.
