Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Pune. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animated visual assets for brand films, digital campaigns, social media content, and website experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and storyboarding ideas, designing and animating graphics, collaborating with video production and creative teams, and adapting designs for various digital channels. The role involves working closely with strategists and marketers to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives, optimize for audience engagement, and maintain brand consistency. The Motion Graphic Designer will also prepare final files for production, manage project timelines, and stay current with design trends and motion tools relevant to digital marketing.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-first campaigns.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including working with editors and producers on end-to-end video assets.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics, including layout, typography, and visual branding.
• Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar motion/design software.
• Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing motion work for marketing, advertising, or digital platforms.
• Candidates should have strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should ideally have a relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Candidates with familiarity in performance-driven creative, social media formats, and an understanding of digital marketing metrics will be at an advantage.
