Motion Graphics Artist Production & Post-Production Specialist

This role is for someone who has worked inside a production or post-production house, understands how footage moves from shoot to edit to sound to colour to final delivery, can handle motion, edit, audio basics, and finishing, and is comfortable owning post-production for assigned projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Own post-production for assigned brand films, ads, and digital content
- Create motion graphics, animated elements, titles, supers, and transitions
- Edit video content with a strong sense of pacing and narrative flow
- Sync and clean audio, manage music tracks, and handle basic sound design
- Support colour correction and colour grading workflows
- Prepare final masters for multiple platforms including social, digital, paid, and long-form
- Collaborate with directors, creative strategists, and editors to refine output
- Manage timelines and iterations under real client deadlines
- Ensure visual and technical quality across all deliverables
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Real experience working at a production house or post-production studio
- Strong understanding of end-to-end post-production workflows
- Ability to work independently once a brief and footage are provided
- Comfort handling feedback loops from creatives and clients
- Strong attention to detail in finishing and exports
Specific Software & Tools
Hands-on experience with:
- After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and compositing
- Premiere Pro for editing, structure, pacing, and basic sound handling
- DaVinci Resolve for colour correction and basic grading workflows
- Audition or Premiere audio tools for dialogue clean-up and music sync
- Frame.io or similar tools for review and feedback
Good to Have (But Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of compositing and basic VFX
- Comfort working on both short-form and long-form content

Portfolio Expectation
