Motion Graphics Expert
(Video Animation & Motion Designer)
About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Graphics Expert to bring our educational and product content to life through engaging animations and visual storytelling. You will transform scripts, concepts, and static designs into high-quality animated videos, explainers, and app visuals that are clear, warm, and engaging for parents.
This role requires both creative storytelling and strong technical execution in motion design.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Design & Animation
- Create 2D motion graphics and animated videos for educational content, marketing campaigns, and product explainers.
- Animate illustrations, icons, typography, and characters to create engaging visual stories.
- Design short explainer videos, reels, and social media animations.
Video Production Support
- Edit videos and integrate motion graphics overlays, titles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and visual templates for consistent branding.
- Sync motion graphics with voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
Content Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to translate scripts into visuals.
- Convert complex topics (child development, parenting guidance, etc.) into simple, visual learning experiences.
- Support the product team with in-app animations and UI motion elements.
Brand & Quality
- Ensure all motion content aligns with brand style and visual identity.
- Maintain high visual quality, smooth animation, and professional editing standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Illustrator / Photoshop
- Experience with 2D animation, typography animation, and explainer videos.
- Ability to work with vector assets and storyboards.
Good to Have
- Experience with character animation
- Knowledge of UI animation for apps
- Familiarity with Lottie animations or lightweight mobile animations
- Basic sound design and video color grading
Experience
- 37 years of motion graphics or animation experience.
- Strong portfolio of animated videos or motion projects.
