Job Description -
We are seeking a creative and versatile Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team and
support client adoption campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with Product Growth
Managers (PGMs) and client stakeholders to create engaging visual and motion assets that
help drive awareness and adoption of our platform amongst our customers.
The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, experience with motion graphics, and
the ability to adapt designs to different client brand guidelines while maintaining
high-quality visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities -
- Design client-facing marketing and communication creatives to support product
adoption campaigns based on shared briefs.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos from preset narratives for announcements, product awareness, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop visual assets such as banners, email creatives, social posts, posters, and
internal communication materials aligned with each client's branding.
- Produce short demo videos, explainer videos, and motion graphics to simplify
product features and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with PGMs to translate campaign goals into impactful visual
creatives.
- Adapt and customize assets according to different client brand guidelines and
campaign themes.
- Build a library of reusable templates and design assets to improve turnaround time
for recurring campaigns and maintain ownership.
- Support event campaigns, gamification initiatives, and product launch
communications with engaging visual content.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 24 years of work experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro,
Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience creating motion graphics, static graphics, GIFs, presentation visuals, and
short-form videos.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to adapt designs to different brand guidelines and maintain visual
consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
