Job Description

We're looking for a talented and motivatedMotion Graphic Designer & Video Editorwho can bring our brand stories to life through dynamic visuals, animations, and engaging video content.Role Overview:

As a Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling video content and motion designs that communicate our brand message effectively across all digital channels. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality creatives that connect emotionally with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and producemotion graphics,animated explainer videos, andshort-form video contentfor ads, reels, and campaigns.
  • Edit and enhance videos add text overlays, transitions, background music, and product highlights to make content engaging.
  • Create storytelling-driven visuals focusing on transformation journeys, product benefits, and customer testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Repurpose long-form videos into short, platform-specific formats for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Maintain brand consistency and deliver creatives that align with campaign goals and tone.
  • Stay updated with design and social media trends to keep content fresh, modern, and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Media, or related field (preferred).
  • 13 years of hands-on experience inmotion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency inAdobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of color correction, pacing, typography, and storytelling.
  • Ability to visualize and communicate abstract ideas through visuals.
  • Knowledge of different aspect ratios, ad formats, and digital platform requirements.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working onD2C brands, especially in thehealth, fitness, or wellnesscategory.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad engagement metrics.
  • Basic sound design skills and familiarity with stock footage/music platforms.
