We're looking for a tech-savvy, AI-first Motion Graphic Designer who can blend creativity with speed using modern tools and automation.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional designer role. We need someone who understands how creative production is changing with AI. Someone who can create videos, motion graphics, static designs, premium PDFs/eBooks, and scale output faster using the latest tools. You should be obsessed with design quality, content velocity, and new technology.

What You'll Own

1. Motion Graphics & Video Production

• Create high-quality motion graphics for ads, campaigns, product explainers, webinars, launches, and founder content
• Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and paid campaigns
• Convert raw footage, screen recordings, or scripts into polished branded videos
• Repurpose podcasts/webinars into multiple short-form assets

2. Social Media Design Engine

• Support daily social media design requirements with speed and consistency
• Create carousels, banners, infographics, stat cards, thumbnails, ad creatives, and branded templates
• Work closely with content and growth teams on rapid campaigns

3. Marketing Assets & Documents

• Design premium eBooks, PDFs, playbooks, reports, whitepapers, pitch decks, and case studies
• Create visually strong lead magnets that drive conversions
• Build modern layouts optimized for readability and brand perception

4. AI-Powered Creative Workflow

• Use AI tools for faster ideation, image generation, editing, voiceovers, subtitles, script polishing, motion concepts, and automation
• Build systems/workflows that reduce turnaround time dramatically
• Stay ahead of new creative tools and test them proactively

5. Brand Systems

• Maintain consistency across motion style, typography, colors, layouts, and templates
• Help evolve the visual identity of Glood.AI

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in motion graphics/video editing/graphic design
• Strong portfolio with motion graphics + static design + branded document work
• Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent
• Extremely comfortable with AI creative tools

• ChatGPT/Sora
• Runway
• Canva
• Midjourney
• ElevenLabs
• Other automation/editing/captioning/prompt tools

You Should Also Be:

• Highly tech-curious and always experimenting
• Fast executor with a startup mindset
• Strong visual storyteller
• Detail-oriented with premium design taste
• Able to manage multiple deliverables without chaos

Bonus Points

• SaaS/B2B/eCommerce experience
• Experience creating LinkedIn-first content
• Knowledge of UI animations/product walkthrough videos
• Understanding of performance ad creatives
