About the Role

We are hiring: Motion Graphic Designer. At NMTronics, we believe good design should do more than look polished. It should make people stop, feel, understand, and remember. We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling. If you enjoy working with animation, pacing, visuals, and creative concepts, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects
• Edit videos for brand, marketing, digital, and internal communication needs
• Work extensively in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Design thumbnails, title cards, overlays, and visual assets in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Turn briefs into strong visual stories with clarity and creativity
• Add sound, music, and sync where needed to enhance the final output
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and design teams
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines with speed and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or visual design
• Freshers are welcome too, if they bring a unique design sense and a strong portfolio

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• A strong eye for timing, composition, motion, and visual storytelling
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with motion graphics
• Good communication, ownership, and collaboration skills
• Fluent English
• An updated portfolio link is a MUST

Preferred Skills

• Advanced VFX or 3D motion design
• Basic to intermediate content shooting and camera handling
• Understanding of lighting setups, framing, and composition for video shoots
• B2B, tech, industrial, or manufacturing brand content
