Job Title: Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 12 years of experience to join our marketing team in-office. You'll craft visually compelling designs for social media, campaigns, marketing collaterals, and branding initiatives, helping elevate the visual identity of 100X Growth Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually striking marketing materials: brochures, social media creatives, Meta & Google ads, and campaigns.

• Create and maintain branding assets including logos, templates, infographics, and presentations.

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, videos, and other graphics for high-quality output.

• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

• Collaborate on website visuals and UI/UX design efforts.

• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma; After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an advantage.

• Creative, adaptable, and open to feedback.
