Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer, based in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating dynamic motion designs and high-quality motion graphics for various projects. You will collaborate with teams to conceptualize and produce engaging video content, refine visual elements, and develop designs in alignment with project goals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and delivering work on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animated creatives based on briefs shared by Digital Marketing Strategists
- Convert static creatives and campaign concepts into engaging motion visuals
- Produce short-form marketing videos, animated social media creatives, and promotional content
- Design animations for ads, reels, and digital marketing campaigns
- Apply transitions, visual effects, and typography animations to enhance storytelling
- Optimize videos for different platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads
- Ensure motion creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Maintain high-quality output with strong visual clarity and pacing
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Strategists to understand campaign requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for video concepts and creative direction
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet deadlines
- Maintain organized project files, source files, and exported assets
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics techniques
- Experience in Video Production and creating visually compelling video content
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and working with visual content
- Knowledge of designing and producing high-quality graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field is a plus
