Motion Graphics Designer (Social Media + Performance Ads)

Location:Bangalore, India

Commitment:Full Time

Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Designer to lead videocontent creation across social media and paid advertising. This role requires someone who understands how to design not just for aesthetics, but for engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual stories that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

Design high-qualityvideos forsocial media posts, carousels,reelsandstories.

Conceptualize and executeshort-form video contentfor paid ads (Meta, Google Display, YouTube, etc.)

Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing.

Translate campaign briefs into scroll-stopping visuals.

Performance-Focused Content

Design with conversion and CTR in mind.

Adapt creatives for different audience segments and funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF).

Optimize visuals based on performance feedback.

Resize and reformat creatives across multiple platforms and placements.

Brand Consistency

Maintain premium visual identity across all content.

Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and tone.

Integratecopymessaging seamlessly into visuals.

Manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Maintain organized file systems and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

25+ yearsofexperience in motion graphics and digital design

Strong portfolio showcasing short-form videosfor social media and ads.

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma

Strong understanding of paid media creative best practices

Knowledge of aspect ratios, placements, and platform specifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Bonus

Experienceworking withpremium, internationalbrandsin the beauty and wellness industrypreferred

Experience with UGC-style ad editing

Basic knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, Hook Rate, etc.)

  • Familiarity with AI creative tools
