Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role located in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, designing storyboards, producing and editing video content, and collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. The role also involves optimizing graphics and animations for multiple platforms and formats, maintaining high-quality standards across projects, and staying current with design and motion trends. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, manage project timelines, and deliver assets that support client growth and digital presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing content.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar software).
• Ability to translate briefs and brand guidelines into clear visual concepts and storyboards.
• Attention to detail, strong sense of timing, composition, and typography.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree or certification in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video work, and graphic design for digital marketing or social media.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and managing multiple projects and deadlines responsibly.
