Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing assets, aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, storyboarding, designing graphics, producing and editing video content, and collaborating closely with creative, content, and marketing teams. The role involves optimizing assets for different platforms, maintaining consistency across projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. The designer will also be expected to stay current with design and motion trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve visual output.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Candidates should possess solid Graphic Design and Graphics skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand adaptation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts, supported by strong storytelling and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a creative or digital marketing environment, preferably within an agency setting.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
