Job Summary:
As a Motion Graphics Designer at DIGENIE, you will create dynamic animations and visual content for digital campaigns, transforming complex ideas into engaging visual stories. This role involves collaborating closely with the creative team from concept through to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create 2D and 3D motion graphics including animated videos, infographics, and kinetic typography.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual plans to communicate motion ideas effectively.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce high-quality animations.
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Edit raw video footage, add motion elements, and apply visual effects to enhance content impact.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback to refine animations.
- Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools to continually raise work quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and experience with motion design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
