Job Description: Motion Graphic Designer

About The Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with motion graphics expertise, and can create everything from scroll-stopping social media content to conversion-focused e- commerce assets (A+ Content, product catalogues).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, product launches, ads, and brand campaigns
- Create Amazon/e-commerce A+ Content modules and enhanced brand content that are visually compelling and sales-driven
- Design product catalogues with clean layouts and accurate, well-formatted text
- Produce high-quality static and animated social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Retouch and manipulate images in Photoshop to a polished, professional standard
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into visual assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop (retouching, compositing, layout)
- Solid motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Proven experience creating A+ Content / enhanced brand content for e-commerce platforms
- Experience designing product catalogues or similar print/digital collateral
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media design work
- Excellent typography sense
- Strong eye for layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Good to Have
- 3D and VFX skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- Experience with Figma or other UI/prototyping tools
- Basic video editing/sound design knowledge
