ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and digital visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media content. You'll collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals that elevate brand storytelling and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualise, design, and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand videos.
- Create visually appealing static and motion content for social media and influencer marketing projects.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual executions.
- Edit and enhance video content using effects, transitions, and graphics to ensure a polished final product.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
- Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and new software tools to improve creative output.
- Prepare final video and graphic files optimised for various digital platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar creative role (preferably in an advertising agency).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your best 5 works in motion design and animation.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas independently and collaboratively.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Must have a personal laptop capable of running design and animation software smoothly.
